Brief Job Description –
The CRM Report Writer will work with the business to define and build reports against the company’s Pivotal CRM SQL server database.　 A good working knowledge of SQL Server Stored Procedures and strong SQL Server Reporting Services is required.　 The CRM Report Writer will be responsible for developing stored procedures as required and reports in a development environment, promoting to test for user testing and moving to production upon approval by the business.　 They will be responsible for documenting the reports to meet IT requirements.　 Strong statistical analysis skills are desired as many of the reports will be generating statistics against the CRM.　 Experience with Pivotal CRM would be desirable, but not required, as we will give the report writer an overview of the system and table structure.
