Profile

Edits, writes and/or rewrites technical manuals. Review source data documents and incorporate source data from AFTO 22, 252 and e-mails. Interpret engineering drawings. Work with TOMA’s and ES’s to interpret accurate data for incorporation. Reviews changes and revisions per Military Specifications and Standards. Maintains tracking database and configuration management database.
Job Requirements :
Requirements:
2 years experience in production of Technical Orders.
Excellent grammar and proof-reading skills.
Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
Mandatory:
Thorough knowledge of Military Specifications and Standards. Specifically, MIL-STD-38784, MIL-PRF-38807, MIL-PRF-5096, MIL-PRF-38804, MIL-DTL-87929, TO 00-5-1.
Ensures superior quality.
Must be able to obtain a favorable clearance.
Desirable:
SGML knowledge.
Adapts well to change
