* Meet with Subject Matter Experts to understand the scope and content of work assignments
* Perform research and analysis , where necessary , to develop draft and final versions of assignments for review by stakeholders
* Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders , including establishing and managing realistic customer expectations
* Publish finished products , as required
* Use the Document Management processes and standards appropriately for all projects
* Establish , uphold , and promote documentation processes and standards
* Compile a monthly IS Newsletter
QUALIFICATIONS
* Typically 2 years of related industry experience with related post secondary degree
* Familiarity with and understanding of:
o Communication with business and technical audiences
o Publishing tools such as MS Word , Adobe Acrobat , SnagIt , etc.
o Organizing large amounts of information into easy-to-use documentation and in document management techniques
o Working in a practical technical writing role and the use of authoring tools
