Content Writer Jobs
A content writer opportunity is typically available with a web-based or ITES company. A content writer is responsible for writing articles to be published on company’s or company’s client websites. Specific duties of a content writer include understanding the needs of clients to diplomatically prioritize objectives, writing consistent content for their company; managing content requests and submitting deliverables on defined timelines, providing superior customer visibility and service throughout, maintaining knowledge of both product features and company’s business goals, making use of various writing support tools and performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Typically a content writer reports to a lead content manager.
A content writer should have an associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Strong proficiency with use of Microsoft Word is essential.
