Incumbent works closely with proposal teams to meet all proposal milestones, research, production support, and general administrative duties. This position takes direction from the Sr. Director of Proposals or assigned Proposal Manager to administer the department's planning, organizing, tracking, and coordinating proposal input; editing and proofreading; maintaining current proposal tools and archive; and maintaining proposal materials. \u00a0RESPONSIBILITIES: \u00a0The Senior Proposal Coordinator must be able to independently: \u00a0 * Support proposal writing and development activities to meet request for proposal (RFP) requirements. * Read and understand Government RFPs, RFOs, RFQs, Amendments, sources Sought Notices and other proposal related documents, to facilitate and coordinate preparation of responses. * Simultaneously coordinate activities of multiple proposal project teams. * Interface with the Contracts department to obtain corporate and subcontractor information as required for proposal submittals. * Develop, collect, coordinate, and organize subcontractor data call inputs for input into proposal. * Review document content for consistency and format following established Business Development/Proposal Handbook guidelines. * Compile, consolidate, and review documents to ensure consistency and completeness and \one voice.\ * Perform technical editing of proposal parts, presentations, and similar documents. * Perform proofreading and editing duties required to capture commercial and government contracts. * Support development of proposal schedules, outlines, and templates to control proposal development. * Coordinate final production to include word processing, graphics, proofreading, editing, reproduction, printing, collation and binding. * Develop compliance matrices. * Create, maintain, and perform quality checks of proposals to ensure they meet RFP Section L and Section M requirements, and RFP Compliance Matrix. * Prioritize work flow during a proposal effort, including employing resources and troubleshooting issues, to ensure that documentation adheres to established policies, procedures, standards, schedules, and quality controls t achieve compliance with RFP requirements. * Transform operational and program execution concepts from different sources into detailed word pictures, while meeting compliance requirements, to include in Proposals. * Develop proposal production activities for all review meetings and final submission. * Maintain proposal central document library and configuration management * Maintain past performance database of projects. * Schedule proposal related meetings, and maintains Proposal Room calendar. * Support preparations for kick-off meetings, on going team meetings, and review meetings. * Maintain tasking lists, tracks deadlines and timelines for Proposal Submission to ensure that designated deadlines are met. * Develop documentation, presentations, and graphics in support of Government contracts, commercial business, and standard product requirements. * Support development of proposal schedules, outlines, and templates to control proposal development. * Handle processing and tracking of independent consultant paperwork and onboarding. * May provide work direction to Proposal Coordinator(s). * Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of Proposals. \u00a0QUALIFICATIONS: \u00a0 * 3 or more years of experience in government contracting or proposals. * Bachelor's degree in English or related field from accredited college or university or equivalent experience * Expert level proficiency/experience as SharePoint Administrator * Expert level proficiency/experience as desk-top publisher * Ability to understand Government RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Amendments, Sources Sought Notices, and other proposal related documents. * Knowledge of the principles and practices of the proposal development process, including technical research, writing, and editing. * Superior organizational skills, with special attention to detail, and time management skills are essential. * Thorough knowledge of the organization's services and customer base. * The ability to work in a team environment and display professionalism essential. * Ability to prepare and engage in presentations to management, executive board and other contracting officers. * Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency and skill working with Microsoft Office \u00a0WHY CONSTELLIS? \u00a0With operations across every major continent and an annual revenue of $1.5 billion dollars, Constellis provides a wide array of opportunities for individuals looking to build successful careers in a fast-paced, growing industry.
