Major responsibilities - Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records - Utilizing online research tools to find information - Handling data analysis and report development, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations - Requesting information needed to fill in incomplete documents - Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events - Ensuring key partners receive project information - Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers

- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Highly skilled at database and file management - Comprehensive knowledge of working as an assistant - At least 1 year of business/office experience - Applicants are preferred to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field; a high school diploma or its equivalent is required - Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
