Work independently and interdependently, internally across departments as well as externally with stakeholders. Quickly learn new business RFX requirements and write proposals in accordance with requirements. Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and demonstrate timeliness in a deadline driven arena. Establish priorities, gather information, write, edit, proofread, and collaborate with contributors. Gain approvals, and communicate status updates in review meetings. Interact with all levels of the corporation to better understand the services, capabilities, and unique advantages that are provided to the client companies, employees, and partners. Proposal Writer may support the development of marketing materials, contribute to opportunity kick-off meetings, and draft review meetings. Analytical skills will be applied to study RFX requests, evaluate the company’s position, and write persuasive proposals. Demonstrate ability to format and present company information in an eye-catching way to strengthen the impact of the proposal. Maintain quality results by using templates and by following proposal-writing standards, including: readability, consistency, tone, and progress tracking. Support continuous improvement by analyzing and re-designing processes and approaches.
Develop responses to proposal request (RFx) as defined in our process procedures. This includes but is not limited to: Provide overall management of proposal development process
Develop and prepare proposal responses for submission.
Interact with all levels of the company to gather information.
Manage the members of the proposal development team which represents from all areas of the organizations (Sales, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Leadership)
Prepare for submission as defined in the RFx
Maintain a central repository of proposal templates and documentation.
Manage company past performance descriptions.
Manage the Proposal Development Drive, ensuring all draft and final submission information required for the response is properly filed
Complete special projects as defined.
Contract Management Special Project:
Coordinate Contract Management Special Project to review existing contracts and establish automated contract management system.
Currently all contract templates are maintained in the quality forms file. These contract address contract requirements for employees, partners, and clients. Each type of contract to confirm the requirements of each contract type and review with the company attorney for accuracy.
Today all completed contracts are maintained on the company server in multiple files so that the team can have access to the information necessary to complete their jobs. We need to evaluate automated options for minimizing manual effort necessary to manage and maintain contract execution.
Human Resource Special Projects:
The company HR team will assist with these initiatives.
Complete revisions to the company employee manual content and redesign the presentation in a more user friendly manner.
Develop staff communication templates.( e.g. Employee onboard welcome letter, offer letter, time sheet notifications, emails for holiday and special events (birthday, anniversary, special occasions) Marketing Material Special
Develop standard marketing material.

Has an IT background
Proficient Microsoft Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, developing forms, etc.) experience with ACCESS preferred but not required
