You will be responsible for planning, research, and providing technical writing support as well as product labeling within the Technical Communications- Cardiac and Vascular Group.\u00a0As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for planning, research, and technical writing support for medical device industry product labeling within CVG Technical Communication. .\u00a0Day in Life- \u2022\tCreates, develops, plans, writes and edits operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia, web-based publications and user sites; may produce content for embedded user assistance technology.\u2022\tConducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation.\u2022\tResearches and translates technical information into manuals and\/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users.\u2022\tMay document engineering processes and specifications.\u2022\tRecommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements.\u2022\tProduces products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards.\u2022\tExceptional writing and communication skills.\u2022\tWrite clear, simple content that speaks to customers in their own language.\u2022\tCollaborate openly and effectively with a range of stakeholders, including writers and subject matter experts.\u2022\tManage multiple projects and communicate status proactively.\u2022\tSuccessfully negotiate project schedules, plans, and milestones.\u2022\tUnderstand how regulations, laws, and standards influence content design.\u2022\tUnderstand the impact of localization on English content.\u2022\tMaintain design documentation to support quality and regulatory process requirements.\u2022\tEffectively communicate the appropriate level of detail based on the audience.\u2022\tTake direction to be able to work independently and make sound decisions.\u2022\tExpress ideas clearly and diplomatically.\u2022\tGive and receive constructive feedback.
