Manages the display of content on our website, including content design, development, and production
Creates web pages that engage users and provide a positive user experience
Ensures that website content has a look and feel consistent with the brand standards
Works with developers to solve technical issues in displaying content
Manages external specialists.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
Performs QA/usability testing on multiple sites.
Communicates well with all divisions within our company, including those based outside the United States.
The ability to create professionally written content for a website (including strong proofreading and editing skills)
Basic HTML, XML and CSS skills
Skilled in leveraging the integration with social media
Master in website analytics
Mastery of best practices regarding interfaces and user experiences to make recommendations
Must be detail oriented and comfortable working under tight deadlines
Familiarity with CMS interfaces (Sitecore preferred)
Must have strong oral and written communication skills because this position will interact with many different departments within the organization
Proficiency in SEO
Working knowledge of UI/UX best practices
5 years of related experience. Experience with local international websites a plus.
Project management experience to meet dynamic deadlines.
Bachelors Degree (Preferably in Marketing)
