has an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Technical Writer III

for a position in Ft. Campbell, KY.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees day to day operations for Level of Effort (LOE) programs which includes assigning priorities and monitoring fund codes for multiple projects.

Establish and review status of projects and workflow; manage schedules and prepare status reports.

Develop and maintain production management plans, manage resources, define objectives for maintenance teams and facilitate meetings.

Assess program issues; develop resolutions to meet productivity goals and objectives.

Ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.

Brief customer and management on production status, planning, risks and schedule recovery.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Understands the importance of plans, schedules, and Turn Around Time (TAT)

Has the ability to manage numerous projects and document results.

Able to formulate and execute recovery plans as required.

Exceptional communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management and multiple departments.

Ability to develop and maintain required relationships with customers or management

Knowledgeable enough in back shops operations to work with technical staff

Experienced with scheduled / unscheduled maintenance practices and performance standards.

Possesses a working knowledge of DOD logistical systems and the ability to navigate these systems to procure parts or provide asset information to management.

Works independently with minimal supervision

Minimum Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent required.

Ten (10) or more years' experience in Army aviation maintenance

Prior leadership role managing employees through daily production activities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Work documents.

Preferred Qualifications

10 years of experience with Material/Non-Material process and procedures reference to RASM-C/AFMD.

Six months experience with AECOM Procurement processes.
