THE ROLE

The Content Marketing Manager will produce written content to support lead generation brand awareness. You must excel at writing and editing content. You will be responsible for forging relationships with our customer, product, sales, partner, and services teams to ensure the best outcomes for the content you produce. We’re looking for a writer and content strategist who can roll up their sleeves, dive into different areas of the marketing mix, and most importantly inspire and empower others through content.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Collaborate with marketing to define content marketing objectives and execute our content marketing strategy


  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO


  • Develop SEO-optimized ebooks, blog posts, social posts, emails, newsletters and guides focused on financial management and professional services


  • Become an expert and thought-leader on topics that are relevant to our organization


  • Define KPIs, measure performance and optimize accordingly


  • Collaborate with our design team to produce content






  • Report and measure content performance, including clicks, views, shares, and pipeline


  • Work with Sales and Sales Operations on how to best enable the sales org with content






  • Produce compelling ebooks, white papers, and other types of content that informs and engages audience and generates leads






  • Work with marketing team members to incorporate corporate messages and cross-sell other product lines


  • Work in conjunction with the customer marketing team to produce customer videos


  • Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analytics


  • Apply response analysis and best practices to optimize all aspects of demand generation




BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite


  • 2 - 5 years experience in B2B tech space


  • BA/BS degree required


  • Expert knowledge of video production


  • Experience working with B2B marketing teams


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence executive leadership


  • Team player, able to work with global cross-functional teams


  • High energy with the ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment
