We seek someone with the skills and abilities to succeed in this challenging career. As the short term temporary Project Assistant, you will work in Euclid, Ohio. Major responsibilities - Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress - Communicate project information to key partners - Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules - Conducting research online for information - Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed - Reviewing data, creating reports, proofreading and editing materials, and preparing presentations - Planning travel and accommodation details for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events

Job Requirements

- Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred - Proficient with database and file management - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite - Demonstrated abilities with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - 1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position
