If you...

-- have excellent command of the English language,

-- are a master researcher and evaluator of sources,

-- know the principles of writing for the Web and how to apply them, and

-- are interested in receiving weekly assignments and timely pay,

...then, you will want to respond to this ad!

Our company writes content for attorneys nationwide who specialize in the following areas of law: personal injury (e.g., auto accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice); trusts and estates; workers' compensation; Social Security and veterans disability claims; family (divorce, child custody, child support); criminal defense, and more!

The content we produce is intended for the layperson who may or may not know they have a legal situation. Our job is to inform them of their legal options in a concise, accurate, and engaging manner. We provide our clients with a variety of content types like practice area pages, blog posts, FAQs, and news pieces.

We pay by the piece, not by the word or hour. Our rates are as follows:

500 words = $25

700 words = $35

800 words = $40

1000 words = $50

**PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR RATES**

While we provide topics, writers are responsible for conducting their own research and citing sources accordingly. IMPORTANT: Candidates must feel confident in their ability to find sources that are appropriate for a given topic and evaluate their quality.

Interested parties should submit: a) their resume; b) two writing samples (preferably consumer-facing web content); and c) a custom cover letter. Within your cover letter, you must

answer these questions:

What do you believe is unique to web writing compared to other forms of writing?

What do you believe makes a trustworthy online source of information?

How do you identify the reader's stage of the buying cycle?

How do you identify what information is most important to the reader for a given topic?

Applicants who do not answer these 4 questions in their cover letter will not be considered.

**YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE A NON-PAID WRITING TEST ON A LEGAL TOPIC OF OUR CHOICE**

Thank you, and we look forward to receiving your responses!
