Are you interested in a career in Human Resources? This opportunity will give you up close, hands-on access to various HR functions and capabilities. Freedom Partners Shared Services is rapidly expanding and is looking for an HR Coordinator to assist in handling many of the day to day administration needs of a growing HR Team. Reporting directly to the Director of HR Operations, this person will be an integral member to the HR Team in our support of organizational goals and our mission.

Maintain integrity of employment information by ensuring that all information is recorded in the HR systems and is filed in the appropriate location.
Assist HR Team with identifying discrepancies or inaccuracies and follow up accordingly.
Data entry into the ADP and Ultipro system of employees from recruitment to the termination phase.
Keeps employee records in ADP and Ultipro up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner and assures proper approvals.
Processes paperwork required to place employee on payroll in a timely manner.
Monitor general HR email, maintain paper and electronic filing system, route emails and phone calls and perform all general and necessary office support functions.
Participate with the HR team in the design and development of communications, procedures, events and administration of HR policies.
Serve as liaison as needed to provide data in accordance with perennial and ad hoc needs.
Assist Dir., HR Operations on other special projects and perform additional duties as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related business disciplines or a combination of education, certifications and equivalent work experience.
ADP experience preferred.
1 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting/Staffing or transferable skills.
Ability to be efficient, flexible, motivated, resourceful and organized to perform a diverse multi-functional role.
Creative and innovative writing ability including proofreading and editing for grammar and punctuation.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
