Key Responsibilities
Tracking legal and market developments both globally and in specified jurisdictions
Preparing summaries of legal and market developments for internal and external use
Maintaining legal trackers and other client facing products and platforms
Maintaining relevant intranet pages and knowledge databases
Specific research for matters on an ad hoc basis
General support on specific projects
Specific support to senior team members
Liaison with legal technology support staff and Information Services
Proofreading and editing content
Essential Skills & Experience
This is the job description as constituted at present; however the Firm reserves the right to reasonably amend it in accordance with the changing needs of the business.
An undergraduate law degree or equivalent (minimum 2:1 required) in a common law jurisdiction
Paralegal or other legal qualification
Excellent research and drafting skills
Good attention to detail and eager to learn, particularly with legal technology
Previous paralegal or researcher experience (desired but not essential)
