Responsibilies:\u2022 Assist in the creation and design of training content for classroom and internal wiki delivery. \u2022 Help foster and inform SFD of training opportunities and progress. \u2022 Provide classroom support (facilities, materials, equipment, enrollment, documentation) for training programs. \u2022 Research, develop and document technical design speci\ufb01cations for both current and in-process internal software and pipeline development. \u2022 Work with internal teams to gather and share knowledge. \u2022 Front-end administration of internal wiki system and plugins. \u2022 Assist in developing training material used by new hires. \u2022 Record and produce video content as needed. \u2022 Assist in marketing available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions. \u2022 Gather and interpret feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session via Survey Monkey templates. Requirements:\u2022 Experience in or desire to learn training and professional development. \u2022 Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimum supervision and use good judgment, or as a contributing member of a team. \u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet changing deadlines and priorities, and handle an ever changing, fast-paced work environment. \u2022 Strong working knowledge of Con\ufb02uence and plugin management. \u2022 Proven working knowledge of Adobe Premier CC. \u2022 Experience with desktop and live video capture equipment, including audio. \u2022 Wide-ranging experience to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and e\ufb00ective ways. \u2022 Requires a minimum of 8 years\u2019 experience or equivalent education \/ work experience. What you will need to succeed in this position: \u2022 Proven work experience as a Technical Writer\/Information Developer, Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role \u2022 Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting \u2022 Solid knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools \u2022 Experience with e-learning platforms To apply, please submit a PDF of your resume.
