Core Job Responsibilities:
Create new internal facing technical and sales content focused on new **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. features, new verticals targeted, competitive benefits and new roles created.
Create partner focused technical and sales content for use with partner onboarding.
Lead technical responses to RFPs in coordination with Sales Engineers/Security team.
Assign, monitor and enforce all Field Enablement content be kept up to date.
Own Field Enablement FAQs.
Assist in the creation of technical onboarding plans for SEs, CSAs, PSAs.
Assist in the creation of new hire courses and implementation within our LMS.
Tracking of usage of Field Enablement resources (keep/remove/improve).
Skills & Experience Required:
Excellent skills in writing or translating complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrable experience writing blog posts or documentation. If you publish articles in your own blog, this is a great example.
Experience as a software developer.
Ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a global team environment.
Ability to communicate with different teams and scope documentation assignments.
Fluency in written US English.
