The Statistical Report Writer will work under the supervision of senior team members to provide ongoing support to the statisticians’ team on project documentation. Requirements include a background in preparing high quality, clear presentations, text editing, proof-reading and ensuring that documentation/deliverables are consistent between regions. The scope of analysis and report writing will cover all aspects of analysis performed by the team: Optimization, Segmentation, Tactical Tuning projects, and data modeling/validation efforts depending on current needs and project plans. The Statistical Report Writer will follow the globally consistent processes, but is expected to have a high level of initiative and creativity and suggest enhancements to the current processes. Fluency in English and very good oral and written communication skills are necessary.
Prepare informative, high quality, presentations, reports and documents based on results of analyses and recommendations made by statisticians.
Conduct quality assurance of documentation required, as per global standards.
Create templates for reports, assuring consistency of documentation layout and language across deliverables.
Cooperate closely with peers across regions to maintain global consistency and drive development of new presentation styles, layouts and techniques.
Maintain project related repository of documents, folder structure, analysis materials, source data, etc. following the approved standards.
Provide administrative support to the teams (e.g. onboarding, requests, capacity planning).','!*!Requirements:
Bachelor degree in economics/banking/technical sciences
At least 1 year of experience in a large corporation, preferably experience of multicultural environment
Previous experience with financial services companies (retail banking, small business banking, commercial, institutional, private banking) will be preferred
Highly-skilled and good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point; experience with Share Point will be preferred
Experience in reporting the results of analysis in clear written form and in presenting the findings during meetings and conference calls
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization and through different business units
Team working experience (demonstrated team player ability required)
Initiative, creativity and attention to detail are essential
Self-motivated with high desire of self-development and learning
