$21.85 to $25.30 per hour
- Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus - All applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast paced and challenging environment - Expertise in database and file management - Experience with filing - Document control experience preferred - Customer information files experience - Proficiency in data entry - Solid understanding of customer service - Proven knowledge of scanning - Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - 1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
