The Content Manager will work closely with product and client teams to participate in content creation, management, analysis and transformation. The right individual will have a passion for health and wellness, consumer engagement, and understand how to pull together various content types and formats from multiple sources to deliver personalized and meaningful experiences across web and mobile products.
Execute strategy for product specific content
Create and manage go-to-market guides to support the development of custom client content
Editorial oversight to ensure that the Welltok voice is consistent across all content and products
Ensure license and copyright compliance
Write and edit content to fit product and audience requirements
Transform and massage partner content to fit product requirements
Manage and maintain content roadmap to oversee the conceptualization, development, and implementation of CaféWell content
Manage tasks, schedule and requests for content program rollouts across product lines
Work with clients and partners to acquire, transform, curate and create content
Manage and provide guidelines for third party contractors and clinical experts to create user-friendly content
Manage input and communication with various stakeholders including sales, marketing, design, product and client success teams
Research content sources and create content usage/transformation plans
Manage content within Welltok’s CMS platform.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education / experience
3 years experience writing/editing and managing content
Experience managing a content roadmap
Experience communicating with internal and external customers
Ability to manage client content integrations
Ability to drive tasks through successful completion in an ambiguous environment
Health care background or experience preferred
