Lilly + Associates International
Founded in 1996, LILLY Associates International is a freight forwarding company specializing in ocean freight. The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida and operates wholly-owned offices in North America, South/Central America, and Asia. With employees and agents around the world, LILLY provides customers effective door-to-door transportation and logistics solutions.
For those not in logistics, LILLY's work can be explained by shipping products from point A to point B, usually from a supplier/manufacturer to their end user (and everything in between). This involves ocean shipping via large vessels, air cargo and all ground freight, including trucking, drayage and rail. We offer a full logistics portfolio to assure our customer's logistics needs are taken care of at every step of the process, including Customs House Brokerage, warehousing services, tracking services and documentation filing.
LILLY works with a multitude of customers – from large corporations with complex global supply chains, to mom and pop distributors, to individuals moving overseas shipping personal items via ocean freight. LILLY offers logistics customers something different than an average international freight forwarder and takes the time to get to know their customer's operation on a micro level to find any missed opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings.
The company has found a true value-added service for customers dubbed foreign to foreign market. LILLY has revolutionized company's supply chains by shipping directly from a company's foreign supplier or manufacturer, eliminating the holds and fees from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and almost half of shipping costs, direct to the company's end user in another foreign country. For example, a company that used to import to the U.S. only to ship to another country can now, with the help of LILLY, ship directly from the factory to the end user without exposing each contact to another.
