Responsibilities

The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 evaluates business requirements and designs/creates test cases and test strategies/plans across multiple interrelated projects. The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 also isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes for Humana's IVR Provider Watson Tool. Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Very familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Responsible for test case execution

Perform user acceptance, regression, and enhancement testing per outlined project deadlines

Responsible for opening defects on deliverable which are not functioning according to the defined requirements

Create necessary testing documents per project/release guidelines

Create and request common data

Attend testing meetings that support scheduled system releases

Review vision/scope documents for system impacts for enhancement implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of user acceptance testing (UAT) experience, process mapping, and/or project management

Experience working with IVR testing tools (Cyara or Hammer) to create and run regression testing

Prior experience problem solving and consulting within complex environments

The ability to meet organization standards and end-user requirements

Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Work At Home (WAH) - Temporary Due to COVID-19 emergency . Please note this permanent position allows you to work at home indefinitely until further notice. See additional information in section below.

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required. A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in technical writing

Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

Experience creating and entering test cases into the Software Quality Integrated Development Support System (SQuIDS)

Project management experience

Product management experience

PMP certification through Global Certification Organization (Ex: PMI)

Six Sigma Certification

If you are located in the Louisville, KY market. You will be temporarily working at home due to COVID-19 . In order to support the CDC recommendations on social distancing and reduce health risks for associates, members and public health, this position may be subject to temporary work at home requirements for an indefinite period of time. The remote requirements include a minimum internet connection speed of 10m x 1m, and a dedicated secure home work-space. Humana continues to monitor the situation, and will adjust service levels as the COVID-19 situation evolves. The following changes are temporary and will be evaluated frequently with the goal of returning to normal operations as soon as possible.
