Cyber Software Engineer 5- Senior Embedded Developer
Senior Embedded Developer (C/C ) Northrop Grumman Information Systems, a leading global provider of advanced solutions for its military, intelligence, civilian, state, local, and commercial customers, is currently seeking a senior embedded developer to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidates will also be responsible for the following: - Integrate within a diverse team to perform vulnerability analysis and software development for complex systems - Research system vulnerabilities - Design, development, and test of embedded software systems - Author software design and/or test documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: - TS/SCI clearance with polygraph - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent, documented combination of training - 14 years of Software System Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, and/or Testing - 14 years of embedded software development experience using assembly and/or C/C - 14 years of experience with operating systems internals in Windows, UNIX, and/or Linux - 14 years of reverse engineering using disassemblers, bit-level data analysis, protocol analysis, and/or low-level programming of device drivers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with requirements analysis and tools (e.g. DOORS) - Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g. Razor, Subversion) - Scripting experience (e.g. UNIX shell, Python, Perl, Ruby) - Systems engineering of large scale embedded systems - Hands-on experience with integrating hardware and software systems - Experience in technical writing to author system documentation
