What We’re Looking For:

The Director of Platform Success supports the successful delivery of 2U technology to market. It does so by working collaboratively with internal 2U teams to drive communication and education around product release and roadmap information and timing. Ultimately this role contributes to growing customer satisfaction and supporting awareness on how to achieve improved overall customer satisfaction by way of product and feature adoption, and incorporation of customer feedback into our product development. Additionally, this role provides communication support for our overall Technology team to showcase successes and increase transparency within the department.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Partner with members of the Platform teams to track new product features, understand how they function, their value add and determine what aspects are important to various internal 2U customers/audiences.

Create product and product rollout resources (e.g. decks, diagrams, FAQ guides) to facilitate the socialization and communication around new products to internal 2U customers/audiences.

Collaborate with the partner communications team on documentation (toolkits, partner-facing decks, talking points) for partner-facing teams to reference and utilize in discussions with programs around feature releases, technology changes, and strategy updates.

Collaborate with the Instructional Development team to plan and conduct live training sessions and create scalable asynchronous trainings for internal 2U teams on how to use new technologies.

Draft Platform organization-wide communications on annual strategy and goals, initiatives, etc. to ensure the team has consistent information and to help foster a culture of transparency.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

4-7 years of technical writing experience in the technology field

Direct ownership of drafting and planning trainings and toolkits tailored to various audiences

Demonstrated experience managing product rollout and/or product communication strategy

Highly collaborative individual; demonstrated experience building relationships and working across teams

Excellent verbal communication skills

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is

$120,000.00 with potential bonus and equity eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
