Description: LM Energy is seeking a Program Marketing Associate. This is an intermediate position which plans, creates, produces, implements and tracks metrics related to marketing, advertising, multimedia and sales materials under the guidance of the Program Marketing Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for production of business-to-business and business-to-consumer related promotional materials designed to encourage participation in energy efficiency programs. Activities will include multimedia, tradeshow and event development and coordination. You will work with energy advisors, engineers, and program development teams as assigned to help plan and execute marketing initiatives. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to copy writing, editing, digital strategy, collateral design, print and mail house quotes and fulfillment, email design, development and execution of events and presentations, assisting video production, developing Program and marketing reports, developing content for websites and social media as well as critical administrative assignments. We are seeking a results-driven candidate with great enthusiasm, attention to detail and track record of strong performance.Desired Skills: - In-house marketing or agency experience- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)- Graphic design experience - Experience in social media and digital marketing - Experience writing and editing newsletters and publications- Client reporting experience Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.• Minimum 2 years of professional marketing related project coordination experience.• Ability to prioritize, organize and plan for effective development and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.• Experience writing, editing and producing a variety of communications.• Strong presentation skills.• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and solve complex problems.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, SharePoint and various graphic design software platforms• Demonstrated marketing analytics experience.
