The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 30lbs; occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 20lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); utilizing mouse, keyboard, and phone for portions of the day. Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings.
Primarily days, flexible schedule.
Shifts must be a minimum of 2 hours
Seeking two savvy students to assist us with creating, writing and editing knowledge base articles and videos for a technology training and knowledge center. You may also be asked to assist with creating tutorial videos. No technology experience or knowledge required! Students selected for interviews must submit writing samples.
Those selected will work 20 hours per week with the Information Technology Services Communications and Strategic Planning team. We have flexible work hours and encourage motivated students to apply. This position is for the summer 2018 semesters, but could possibly be renewed for the Fall 2018 semester. You must be enrolled as a full-time UK student and maintain that status for the duration of your employment with
