The Office Manager supports the Sponsoru2019s Program Management Office personnel in their day-to-day management of the program, including coordinating and maintaining the program and project plans, schedules, and arranging and participating in meetings.u00a0 Responsibilities include: Perform horizontal integration planning, and interfaces with the Sponsoru2019s customers.u00a0 Communicate policies, practices, procedures, and technical and business goals of the organization. Tasks Assist Sponsoru2019s PMO in assessing, documenting, and tracking program new requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMS). Specifically: Management of the Program Executive initiative tracking tool and ensuring all key initiatives are in the tool and updated frequently by the project managers Track issue resolution dates and pushing for closure Develop dashboard reporting of initiatives and issues. Support the Sponsoru2019s PM in resource level planning and analysis. Plan and coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including the scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations. Specifically, the governance of the PMR schedule and deliverables. Coordinate project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of Minutes and Action Items; and tracking Action Items for their successful completion. Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports, including the tracking of FOCI approval packages for ICMP vendors. Support tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data included in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations. Maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, and internal memorandums; and compose correspondence. Provide support such as technical writing, technical editing of word processing and other computer-based documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive product which may be delivered as computer-based magnetic media, preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material. Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of all employees (Staff and Contractor). Manage Access Requests for IT accounts, work spaces etc. Coordinate travel logistics as needed. Office management activities to include updating and printing of phone cards, ordering office supplies etc. Other duties as assigned. You willu00a0have one of the following: 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma 10 Years of job related experience and Associate degree 8 Years of job related experience and Bacheloru2019s degree 6 Years of job related experience and Masteru2019s degree 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate Hours: Core hours from 9am u2013 3pm, Monday- Friday Work location: Herndon, VA
