ResponsibilitiesWork under general guidance of DDG staff membersFacilitate and perform daily activities related to the functional area's needs and requirementsAssist with existing DDG processes and procedures such as: DHF metadata review and work flow initiation in DiaDoc, DCR Process Administrator, Guidance Document management, SharePoint management activities, etc.Assist department with projects, initiatives and responsibilitiesGenerate and maintain DHF and DCR metrics as needed Interface with contacts to coordinate tasks and prioritiesRepresent department as contact or alternate contact for projects, tasks, initiativesMakes recommendations for improvements where knowledge of subject matter can be appropriately applied. Reviews and assigns incoming requests; monitors status to ensure completion.Responsible for implementation of small process-improvement projects completed independently or by interfacing with co-workers and/or representatives from other functional areas. Assists with training activities and generation of training materials as neededTechnical writing activitiesReview documentationWrite and edit documentsAssist in the management of established documentation processesWrite revise SOP, and other proceduresWrite Change Requests for SOPsCreate and revise templates Format conversions, edits, etc.
