Coord,ClinicRequisition IDreq5324Working TitleCoord,ClinicPosition Grade08Position SummaryThe Developmental Care Program, Department of Pediatrics, Neonatology Division, is seeking a full-time Clinic Coordinator to join our administrative support team. The Clinic Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative support for planning and implementing activities for our three current outpatient clinics, with the possibility of a fourth clinic in the future. Primary duties for each clinic will include: assisting with clinic coverage planning , scheduling and coordinating clinic appointments, determining insurance and/or Medicaid eligibility for benefits and obtaining physician referrals prior to clinic, attending clinic to oversee clinic activities, organizing and maintaining patient medical records, typing/editing clinic reports, and maintaining an Access database. Other Duties as required.The successful candidate will be one that has good communication skills, is well organized, detail oriented, and works well independently as well as in a team. This candidate will also need to be flexible, be able to coordinate a high volume of multiple tasks, follow-up on projects, problem solve, and anticipate needs.
