Designer / Writer Jobs description
A designer writer is responsible for handling a mix of writing and designing work for a writing department. Specific duties of a designer writer include composing, editing and proofreading various documents; participating in designing of the periodical or web page (as the case may be); preparing design drafts in order to improve the readability of articles and creating interest in the minds of users; suggesting on design and writing related issues; working on special writing or design projects; assisting the writing manager is finalizing the designs before publishing; performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. A designer writer typically reports to a designer/writing manager.A designer writer should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Excellent grammar and writing skills are essential. Ability to beautifully express ideas and strong creative ability are essential for a designer writer position.
